Attorney Amy Stack is a native of Cleveland and has served clients in Northeast Ohio since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in November, 2006. Ms. Stack is a general practice attorney with a background in civil litigation, municipal law, criminal defense, workers’compensation, probate, estate planning, adoption and family law. She currently resides in Cleveland with her husband and three
beautiful boys, Micah, Noah, and Samuel.
Ms. Stack graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science from Baldwin Wallace College in 2003. While at BW, she was inducted into Pi Gamma Mu, the National Social Science Honor Society. Ms. Stack continued on to Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received
her Juris Doctorate in 2006. Ms. Stack was a Sr. Editor of Cleveland-Marshall’s Journal of Law and Health, was a member of the Women’s Law School Association, and Delta Theta Phi, the law fraternity. She received a scholarship through the Women’s Law School Association for her written work, and received the Joel J. Finer Criminal Procedure Award in 2006. Ms. Stack also had the privilege of studying abroad in Florence, Italy with Penn State Dickinson’s Law School, concentrating in International Comparative Law and International Gender Law.
Attorney Stack clerked for two years at the City of Westlake’s Legal Department, splitting her time between City Hall and assisting the local prosecutor at Rocky River Municipal Court. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Stack was hired as an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General’s office. In 2007, she organized and managed her own law practice, taking on a variety of cases in Cuyahoga and neighboring Counties. Additionally, Ms. Stack has consistently served the community through pro bono practice.

Prior to practicing law Laurence was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas as a Field Artillery in the United States Army. He has received the Army Commendation Medal and National Defense Service Medal amongst many other awards and achievements. Laurence was activated in support of Operation Desert Storm tour in 1991.
Laurence enjoys specializing in corporate investigations, complex litigation and business law. He also regularly participates in the Perry Township Planning Commission and is a member of the St. Gabriel Parish Pastoral Council.

Ms. Heider graduated magna cum laude from Marietta College in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science. While studying at Marietta, she was inducted into the esteemed honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. During her undergraduate studies, she was fortunate to spend a semester studying in London, England. She considers her internship in the Parliament of the United Kingdom as one of her greatest accomplishments.
Ms. Heider continued her education and graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009. While studying at Duquesne, she served as a research assistant to Professor Kirk Junker and researched and published three articles on climate change law for student use. Additionally, she spent a summer externing for the Honorable Paul F. Lutty in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
After graduation from law school, Ms. Heider went into private practice as an associate attorney at a small general practice firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has experience in a wide range of legal matters, including family law, civil litigation and criminal defense. She also has a strong interest in estate planning and probate work. Ms. Heider is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
She is excited to return to her hometown and currently
resides in Concord Township with her darling dog, Archie.
